Oh, just about forever ago, I was honored with the chance to photograph a proposal in Hermann Park! How cool is that?! The groom-to-be, Evan, surprised his now-fiancee, Melissa, with an adventure of epic proportions, culminating in a dramatic flash mob dance routine! I am not making this up, and yes, I am just this lucky to get to shoot this kind of stuff! Congrats, Evan and Melissa!

It’s wonderful to meet couples in love. Sam and AJ are so obviously smitten with each other- watching them interact was sweet, and let me tell you- it makes my job so easy! For those of you playing the home game, you may notice the snow on the ground… I’m in Columbus, Ohio for the holiday and had the opportunity to pick up this quick engagement session!

My parents came to town and we headed over to Hermann Park to do some anniversary photos. This year is their 30th anniversary! It’s hard to believe that they’ve been together for so long.
Laura and Brian
Laura and Brian are an adorable couple! I met Laura when she joined my knit group, and we got to follow along as she met, dated, and eventually got engaged to Brian. We spent the day at Rice University, hanging out and catching up on her wedding plans!
